FNB Nav Car Bad Service / No Service at all

I have app**** and made payment with FNB Nav Car more then 2 months ago for my vehicle license renewal and till today have not received the license disc. I have submitted all required documentation. I have logged queries, complaints, sent emails and called just to have the phone put down in my ear. I have thus lost more then R700 that I have paid and did not receive my disc.

I will never refer or advise anyone to use FNB Nav Car.
