FNB Nav Car

I made use of FNB's nav service to renew my car license on 30/09/2021 during lockdown. I have 2 vehicles and I renewed both on the same day. I received the one license disc a few months later but to date, almost 6 months later, I have still not received the other.

After countless calls to different FNB channels, the answer that I am getting is that the renewal is blocked because my other vehicles license is not paid yet both were submitted on the same day and the license disc for the proclaimed problematic vehicle has already been received. The last call from an FNB representative ended with the words and I quote "I'm confused as to why it is blocked as you renewed it on the same day, I will call you back". This was 2 weeks ago and since then I have not heard from them and various efforts to process a refund have gone in vane.

Quite pathetic service from a company whose slogan is How can we help!!!
