Good day FNB has launch a platform called navigation. You can pay fine renew you license and so on. On the app you can see the progress of you application when renewing your license. It states if documents are not sent within 5 days they will refund the monies that you had paid. I renewed my license on this platform on the 2nd September on the app it states that they are waiting documents which had been sent on the 2nd. This process takes 14 business days to be complete. On Monday the 21st September it will be my 14th business day with no update as to how far they are with the process. I need to leave the province by the 22nd September and by the way things are looking they will not have my car license ready for me which is a total watse of money paying the service fee which they cannot keep to the promises that they make to get it done within 14 business days. The best part is there is no contact details for this department. When I have contact FNB this morning advising them the seriousness of my situation I was advised they do not have contact details for this department and they only way I can get a hold of them is to send an email which there response time is 48 working hours. Now because of them I am loosing out on what I have paid for from the 22nd September as a holiday away because I cannot leave the province because my license will not be ready. This is a really partatic platform that has been create without any contact details besides and email address. I even emailed them to ask them to refund me and I go myself to get my license done with ofcorse no response. For me everyone should actually know about this service that they are offering
