FNB Naedo Internal Coll

Naedo Internal Coll In February 2020 I noticed a debit order from a "Naedo Internal Coll" to the value of R506.00 on my account. I did not recall giving any consent for this debit order or payment to be deducted. I tried to report it and nobody could give me a credible answer. Today, 3 March 2020 another R469.00 was deducted again. These deductions are paid to an FNB account. I am getting no joy trying to get to the bottom of these deductions. Can FNB justify these deductions so I can get clarity on this?
