FNB N1 City Great Service

I recently visited the N1 City branch to have my banking app unblocked, and I was warmly welcomed at the door by an employee named Lauren. She guided me to the waiting area and assisted me throughout the process. Although my query was a bit challenging due to system issues, I still felt completely heard and well taken care of.

Having recently moved banks, I can confidently say that Lauren’s service has reaffirmed my decision many times over. Thank you, FNB, and thank you, Lauren — you are a star.
