FNB N1 City

As a result of having to collect a new bank card, I found myself in the hands of staff at FNB N1 City. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was greeted at the door by Shamim Peters. Shamim was pleasant and efficient in establishing my reason for the visit to the bank. She also made sure I had the correct documentation and advised that the wait shouldn't be too long as I had taken a quick break from work to undertake this normally laborious exercise. I hardly had time to get comfortable whilst waiting, when Melanie, the consultant helping with my card collection, started the process of confirming identification and fingerprints and promptly executed the necessary processes. Normally, I find visiting financial institutions horrific and time consuming yet, my experience today was the total opposite. I'd like to commend FNB N1 City on their competent, efficient and pleasant staff compliment. Well done and thank you for the experience!!
