FNB mystery Declined Foreign T457* transaction

I’m accumulating charges from this Declined foreign t457 which I do not even know where it comes from. I cannot dispute it because it’s not a debit order and I am struggling with getting rid of it because it is truly affecting me. How can I permanently remove this thing or should I just jump ship cause this is a true inconvenience for me and financial burden
