FNB Mystery charges

Can FNB please explain to me why I have R450 debited from my account for #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS??? This makes no sense, and now I am getting charges everyday for these!!! I am really unhappy about this and cannot afford to have these odd amounts coming from nowhere. FIX IT or else I am going to another bank. Zethu Zwane
