FNB my stalker

I used to love FNB but now they have turned into stalkers. I have an FNB credit card which I am in errors on. I was ready to make a payment arrangment when they called me over the weekend however the lady insisted that I was busy and she will call me back. Since then, the same number she used to call has been calling me about 6 to 7 times a day and they hang up as soon as I say hello. I want to make an arrangement but FNB is making this so difficult with thier stalker callers.
