FNB "My service Suite" has NO service

The service suite is a joke! I have to hold on for more than a hour to get useless communication, and then when I not respond in 2min, I get put on hold and back of the que..... it's now 2hours later with NO feedback or help, and now they are having "technical errors. Please rather discontinue the "My Service Suite" until you are able to give support through this system
