FNB - My only way to receive any feed back with through HELLO PETER !

I can't believe this. Since May 19, 2025, I've been waiting for a response from FNB Customer Services. They keep telling me, "We will contact you within 5 business days," but I've received no updates or replies. Thank goodness for Hello Peter, or I might as well be talking to the walls! The query goes back to 9th May Hello we are now 12th JUNE 2025 and still no feedback.
