FNB - My Internet banking was hacked
On 23 Dec 15 my internet banking was hacked into. The time frame to resolve such a matter is apparently 3-4 weeks. It has now been over 4 weeks with no outcome of the case.

My account was totally cleared (savings and my salary that had just been paid in). A loan was taken against my name. They obtained my personal information and managed to request a sim swap on my number and stole my cell number. I have been without money for over a month and this being in the period of my annual leave.

FNB has been nothing but rude and unsympathetic. They made various errors during my dealings with them. This has been frustrating and infuriating. This has resulted in my credit record being affected. I had to take loans to cover basic expenses. FNB insisted that my credit card and device payments be made. I paid the credit card after they refused to let me make a double payment the next month (this after I usually pay double the installment every month). I asked if I could make an arrangement for the device payment which they agreed to. I am now being threatened with legal action because of non-payment. I have spent hours at the FNB branch, on telephone calls and emails and no feedback to date.
