I would like to say Thanķ you to the friendly staff at FNB KWT I lodged a compaint a few weeks ago and they have handle me with so much warmth and understanding and also it turned out the person i was complaining about had left their good company long ago so my sincere Apologies to FNB and i appreciate how the person that I was talking to handled the situation.
