my name is Kgaugelo Mankga im a client at FNB, i recieveed a very good customer service at bloed mall branch from Confidence Harmes, she treated me as if i was the only customer in the bank. i had issues with my account and she helped me resolve the matter swiftly, she constantly updated me with the account and as i speak the matter is resolved all thanks to her and the friendly staff at bloed mall branch
