FNB must refund my money ASAP

I ordered food from UberEats, unfortunately the order wasn't successful though money was deducted from my FNB account. I made a follow up with UberEats support and they said the funds were refunded.

Please bear in mind that it's over a month now. On the UberEats app it shows that the money was indeed refunded to my account. I did call FNB and they said I must fill in a form for the refund. I did that around the 29th of June 2024. The email stated that I will get a refund within 3 - 5 business days. I was patient enough but I ran out of patience when I contacted FNB via the secure chat when I was told by one guy called "Chabedi" that the refund will take 40 working days.

Is this fair?
