Fnb must pay for my debt

Fnb wont pay for my overdraft and credit card facity. I took life insurance cover for these with them to cover my debt in case of life unforeseen circumstances. I have lost my employment and I have been getting a salary since May. I was one of the affected by the covid. I tried to claim but they are now denying me cover. I have been paying for this cover since 2017. This is what I am covered for but now they are denying me the service yet they were taking money fro. My account every month. ********.
