FNB MUST LEARN TO KEEP THEIR CLIENTS

FNB really makes it easy for their customers to consider making moves to their competitors. I have been a customer on a Gold Cheque Account (Personal & Business) for over a year on personal and since July 2021 on business. The Gold Account is probably the lowest tier I can possibly be on yet I am well within the private clients tier due to me meeting all the requirements, yet time and time again I am either declined or being told one of the consultants will call me back but to no avail. I want to be a private client due to me having access to a private banker and also having upgraded limits on my spends due to the fact that my business does numerous internation transactions daily. Can someone please call me back immedaitely or I will gladly move my accounts elsewhere where I am given the proper support I need.
