FNB must just shut its doors

Heaven help us all if you finished debt review and it comes to FNB,their lawyers Barretts and Paid up letters.Innocently send FNB an email for two accounts paid up letters.Get informed I defaulted on both and both are at lawyers.Only after that i get a mail from Barretts BUT only about the one account.Then point out to them 1)the account nr and the account nr by debt rescue differs.Lawyers answer: whether hyphen use their account nr or FNB nr it still gets paid into the one linked acc nr.HOW DOES 2 DIFFERENT ACCOUNT NRS GET PAID INTO ONE ACCOUNT?????????? 2)The statements that FNB sent lawyers only begin from 2018 yet the statement hyphen have with FNB logo on etc start from 2015 and show i am paid up.So where is the rest of FNB statements????Now I am expected to do FNB job to see where the missing payments were allocated even though i sent Hyphen Statement with dates amounts and to which account paid.lawyers want a POP of settlement amount which you dont get as you have paid over 5 odd years its not one amount at one time.This all is just one account they cant even figure out what they did but apparently my other account is also at lawyers which no one has enquired about.ALL BECAUSE FNB IS INCOMPITENT AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO MY ACCOUNTS WHICH I FINISHED PAYING AND HAVE NOT DEFAULTED ON.Now it becomes everyone elses work and stress to try figure out what they did
