FNB must just close shop

My name is Joyce Mekgoe I'm writing this review again with a heavy heart.Till today FNB has not payed what is due to me(pre paid)Iam very sure if I was a white person all this nonsense would have been resolved.They last told me via email last week 26th that my matter has been escalated.Please FNB I really need that money.Iam a black single mother living with 4 teenagers and infant boy .
