FNB must issue my Paid up letter for a settled Overdraft,they are delaying issuing

I have complained about FNB about me not getting the paid up letter for an Overdraft that was setted over a month ago

They also listed me on Credit beruor as if my Overdraft is in arreas

Now they sent me an email ,saying they are closing the complaint ,but they never actually helped me
