FNB must improve their service at Jubilee Mall

I write this review standing in a queue outside Jubilee Mall branch of Hammanskraal. I am here to collect a card which was delivered to the branch on 24 December 2021. I have previously tried to access the branch five times, but the queues were always abnormal and hoped next time it would be better. I am the 20th in the queue and have been standing since 14:00 with no visible movement in the line. I have avoided branches for some time now but a card renewal or replacement requires you to visit one. I asked a couple of people in the queue if this is normal occurrence and was shocked to find it's the order of the day. Jubilee Mall is in Hammanskraal, an enclave in Gauteng which caters business and shopping needs for North West, Limpopo and Mpumalanga residents also. Many businesses have responded to this new reality in their operations except for businesses like FNB. By any standard, today it is better than other days and hope I will leave with the card. Thank you FNB, you have always received my four star ratings, until today.
