FNB must FALL

Ive been with FNB for over 15 years and what a load of ****, this new level of service is pathetic. Go onto the app for online secure chat and nothing , just a blank screen, app is up to date but nothing. going to another bank. FNB you are pathetic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
