FNB Must Fall - covid relief extension - a big fat **** !!!!!!!!!!

i app**** for an extension on my covid relief payment - the message i received was that it was approved at the beginning of August . On the 13th i notice multiple manual transfers was done without me approving this . I have been to my bank and all they say its been escalated. My account is in a negative of R+- 8000. Now its over a week and they still cant give me a definite answer as to when they will return the money that they have taken . I have had to inconvenience myself by going into the branch when in actual fact the branch manager said to me , if i have a private banker (which i do have ) , why am i coming in . I had to call him to follow up multiple times with no positive feedback till now . I am shocked with the kind of responses i received and the level of professionalism . I am done with FNB ..at this point , i just want my money back
