Fnb Musgrave service is pathetic

I'm so sick and tired of fnb Musgrave, I opened a private cheque account via the telephone with their sales assistant, I was promised 6 months no monthly charges, this account was opened in March, I got debited in April, may, June, from the first debit I contacted the adviser, she then advised she's going to reverse the debit and made a mistake, it's only 2 months no monthly charges, I even went to the branch twice, saw the branch manager and all have been unhelpful, I'm so sick and tired of getting no assistance from fnb Musgrave, it's the end of July and nothing has been done yet.
