FNB MUSGRAVE MANAGER IS USELESS AND ***********!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time my cash deposit has been unsuccessful and i have to wait 24 to 72 hours to receive the funds,the first time FNB Overport City had refunded my money within two hours,this time it happened at FNB musgrave road, I called the branch manager who name is Adesh or something like that who laughed at me for calls not been recorded,he questioned me if Overport City FNB had followed the proper protocol when refunding me, shocking that a manager would ask me about how FNB operates as im a client and not staff. It seems FNB is dropping the ball and its time for a change.
