FNB moving the goalposts

You have to love the way the banks keep moving the goalposts. I have never taken much notice of my FNB Ebucks balance - just know they are there when I want them. So it took me about six months to realise I was no longer earning any. The reason? Where I was previously eligible to earn Ebucks from transacting on my two credit cards and one petrol card, I now have to have an FNB cheque account as well. So I must close the cheque account I have had with another bank for over 40 years, or open an FNB account as well and pay two lots of bank fees when I only need one cheque account, or cancel my FNB credit cards. I will be going for the third option and FNB just lost itself a customer.
