FNB MOVED MY DEBIT ORDER DAYE WITHOUT MY CONSENT
Why had my payment date for my credit card moved from month end to the 28th without my consent???? Please fix this ASAP! THIS IS NOT OK FNB

What absolute *******. That should not affect my debit order date. Your system is flawed and so is your staff. Get someone to call me and explain this debit order mandate to me!!!! I think this is very poor customer service i rejected the mandate as I dont want anyone tracking money in my account. In that case remove the debit order date and I will transfer money myself as per usual. I am over this poor service from FNB!!!
