FNB moved money from Savings Pocket without my consent and they closed my account without notification!

Firstly, I have been without a job since December 2019. Sent an email stating that I will not be receiving an income after November 2019.

Besides that, on the 2nd of June 2020 at 13:08I get an SMS from +***2 saying:

FNB:) R787.04 t/fer from Savings Account..###### to chew a/c..######. 2Jun 13:08

I logged into my internet banking the same day to check that this was true. Went into my account and saw that money had been transferred from savings pocket into cheque account. That was also on the 2 June 2020.

I then chatted to a consultant. They said that the bank is not allowed to transfer money from your savings pocket to your account, but clearly they did as I definitely did not approve this transaction.

They have since then closed my account due to inactivity which they said they do after 3 months. But firstly its been 6 months since no money has been into my account, not only that, the transfer that THEY did counts as the activity does it not?
