FNB MOST USELESS BANK EVER!!!!!

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star.... since having a Credit Card from 2018, I have not had an increase on it. Everytime I request this I get the same damn response. Last week the exact same thing happened I asked the private banker Mesuli Mathonsi to escalate and my husband been a private wealth client even emailed her and to this day not even a response. How did FNB get awarded best bank when their systems don't seem to updated???? I moved banks after many years with FNB because of the **** service they give time and time again. What's the point banking with a useless bank such as this!!!!!! So quick to charge for everything but can't give feedback we have to keep asking for an update. I have paid up my credit card many times and I used it to build my credit score but I apparently failed affordability?????
