FNB - Most unsecure banking platform

On the 17/02/2023 two ********** online payments went off my debit order account both for the exact amounts of R4646.27 respectively. This went off within a second apart without my consent, I immediately cancelled my card and reported this incident (***). To date i have not received any feedback as to when these transactions will be reversed back to my account.

What was really shocking is that my account was debited for the exact same amount a second apart with no consent from myself. I would like a detailed explanation as to how would this be possible.

I await urgent feedback regarding the above matter and the answer to my question so that I have the necessary information to forward this matter to the ombudsman for banking services should I not received a favorable response from FNB.
