i had a home loan with FNB and due to a medical condition I was unable to meet my bond payments I was hounded by Charmaine Van Diemen |Legal - Collections | Private Bank Lendingwhen I finally find a buyer to purchase my property I am told by Lindi de beer from Velile Tintowho are the transfering attorneys for FNB that FNB no longer have the deed of Sale or the loan agreement for my property. they need to apply for it from the deeds office the process started in around february and & I am still waiting for the transfer to be concluded. This is pathetic be careful if you have a bond with FNB make sure you have copies of all the legal documents. Ive complained onto FNB previously but no one has done anything or even contacted me. thats how incometant they are.
