FNB most *********** bank ever

If I could give a negative rating then I would. They have the most *********** people working at their helpdesk, the 3d online people are even worse. Don’t even know why they have a private bank as you don’t get any benefits. They are constantly doing upgrades on the online banking and if you don’t query you don’t get your money. Double debits,you spend time in the service lounge only to be told email them to sort out the issue, after almost a week of a run around. Pathetic, don’t bank with them if you have a choice. Not worth the banking fees!
