FNB Mortgage Protection Plan: No one replies to emails or calls on URGENT matters

I recently (On Saturday 1 August) received correspondences via SMS from FNB with regards to my Mortgage Protection Plan.

Please see SMS's received below: SMS1: "FNB :-) FNB Mortgage Protection Plan MP00**** premium wasn't received on 2020-07-29. Call *** to update bank account before cover ends. Insurer FSR Life"

SMS2: "FNB :-) No premium was received on 2020-07-29. Your FNB Mortgage Protection Plan will lapse after two missed premiums. Queries? ***. Insurer FSR Life."

I do not understand why I received these as my bond installment was paid in full by the COVID-19 Cash Flow Relief (And will be paid from this fund for the months of July, August and September). If the amount being paid by the COVID-19 Cash Flow Relief does not include the Mortgage Protection Plan premium, then please can FNB provide an alternative means of payment to avoid my cover lapsing as per their correspondence on 1 August.

My banking details have not changed, so if the Mortgage Protection Plan premium was meant to go off as a separate amount while my bond is being paid from the COVID-19 Cash Flow Relief then there should be no reason why this premium was not collected by FNB.

Please advise soonest how this is meant to be rectified as I have called the number provided in these SMSes over the past week with no success; I either hold for more than 30 minutes or my call gets dropped. I also sent an email 9 days ago which has still not been attended to.
