Fnb mortgage protection plan is a ****..they take your cover money but don't pay out when you claim

I have a home loan with fnb and recently got retrenched .I then claimed for the mortgage protection plan to cover my mortgage. It has been since August 2020 to date running from pillar to post and even after the claim was approved they have not serviced the bond.The worst bank by far...
