FNB -More effort, less reward—classic eBucks
It seems we as consumers have to jump through more and more hoops just to get the bare minimum back. For instance, I have Spotify, Netflix, Tracker, I put petrol in at Engen, shop at Clicks—you name it—and yet I’ve been getting less and less eBucks each month. Apparently, there are several subsequent hoops one needs to jump through to qualify. I was just told by your agent that I’ve never qualified for Tracker benefits, because I didn’t have a 36-month contract in the past and currently am on a month-to-month contract. I just spoke to Tracker as well. I have the Care package and was under a 36-month contract from April 2022 until April 2025. I have never been rewarded eBucks for this entire period. What I find deeply ironic is that you consistently barrage my phone with unsolicited calls trying to sell me account upgrades based on “more eBucks benefits,” when it’s quite apparent lately that your rewards program is steadily becoming just as useless as your new rewards partner, Pick n Pay’s Smart Shopper points. By the way, switching from Checkers to the more expensive Pick n Pay is also indicative of how your rewards program is no longer worth it. I honestly don't expect FNB to do anything as I expect like with everything else, you simply do not care enough about your clients. If you did, you would be paying attention to online chatter regarding eBucks and these new changes
