FNB MOOIRIVER -Worst customer service

The fact that FNB keep changing their branches but the poor attitude of the staff remains.When you go to the bank you expect to at least be helped within 30 min but No,it seems like it has become a norm at FNB Mooiriver to let clients wait for almost 2 hours,and then the old consultant lady has the audacity to be rude and she gets away with it cause no one dare to complain
