FNB moneygram frustrating and never works

you should have stars in the negative side. I have been having endless issues with fnb and moneygram. I could in the beginning send from the ATM but now after travelling to all the different FNB atms around me to try and see if this works to send money it still does not work. Also their cellphone banking monegram have never worked since I tried it. Now of late I went 2 times to the branch at two different branches and both times moneygram was not working in the FNB branch.. I also tried to send via forex but for some reason the dom bank in Egypt is refusing to put the money in the account number because the name does much identical.. lost almost R500 in that attempt to send money.. I have complained to the branch. sent emails, called and FNB is just being super annoying about this and doing nothing to fix this problem
