Fnb Moneygram disaster

I have send money abroad to the Uae with fnb cell phone banking via money gram but made a mistake with the adress ithen tried to reverse the money but couldn't on my app it keeps on saying i have entered the wrong reference number, i then went to two different branches and they said i must call fnb forex after many attempts i eventually got hold of the but they keep on telling me they will put me through to moneygram department and that line rings once and then it says line conjested, it is not a small amount and i can get some help i have been struggling for 3 weeks now and it seems like a hopeless case
