Fnb moneygram can't tell me where my money is.

I've used fnb to receive moneygram om the app for a while without any issues but since 7 October I've received 3 moneygram transactions with the total of almost R11500 I've done it on the app I got the conversion quote and I've accepted each one of them it went through all the steps and at the end showed an error I tried speaking on their chat line in regards with this and they said to contact moneygram so I did moneygram told me that it shows the cash has been picked up I must please speak with my bank where the money is as it's not reflecteding in my account I even went into the branch and they said I must please email all the proof and reference numbers so I did they got back to me on the 8th of October saying they have Loved an investigation I've tried contacting them again with no response I've kept trying and nothing no one can tell me why I have not received my money it's now the 11th of October and nothing.
