FNB Moneygram and clueless support team

FNB, can i please get my money back i need it asap. I sent funds via money-gram and the recipient could not collect them because they were not authorized by fnb. i log in back on the app to cancel the transaction which failed to work. i went to the tellers to get them to reverse the transaction, they failed to do it. nobody seems to have a clue on what to do. I called moneygram they said the funds are with fnb. can i please have my money credited back into my account. I don't what level of ridiculousness is this.
