FNB money snatchers

Earlier this month I received a double debit order which i did not authorize. Disputed the debit order and my card was cancelled without my consent by FNB. Contacted FNB the next day and the consultant told me everything was correct and I was the one mistaken. Told me FNB is too big to be *****ing my lousy money. Went into the branch and was not told as to why my card was cancelled. Fair enough I created a new one. And was told I'd receive my money by mid October. Which is funny because if it took a quick minute to take it then it should take a quick minute to send it back. On top of that I was still charged for disputing the debit order
