Fnb money reverse is the worst.

I wanted to make an online payment to shein and fnb detucted the amount two times from my account, they never released the money to shein and they still havent paid our money back saying their people are working to correct the issue. It's our money that they dont release. The only response we get is sorry for the inconvenience. They do not try to help us or give us a result or solution.
