FNB - money not safe in your bank account.

I signed a debit order for R1000.00 with TFG, I only authorized them to take this amount. They took this R1000.00 plus R1933.30 ********ly without my consent. I am a private wealth Client, I tried to speak to the service suite, they referred me to another help desk that they promised will reverse and stop this amount. Kgwadi assisted me. He informed me that he cannot help me, it will take 5 business days and needs to be escalated. I have other accounts to pay and I really needed FNB to help with this ******** debit order. Which I am obviously not important enough.
