FNB Modi Mall Modimolle - 1st prize for the worst service !

The worst of the worst of the worst service EVER ! We were messed around for more than 12 months now, and every time we approach them to finalize the matter - being my late fathers bank account - they start with new ideas and new rules to play for time ! The people working in the bank, do not know who the Manager / Manageress is, when you ask, they start to duck and dive ! Eventually, a person came forward, the same person that introduced herself on a previous visit as the Manager, and then she started with yet another set of rules. This bank is so pathetic, may the good Lord please prevent me from EVER being in a position to visit them! They are bad ! Very very bad ! And the worst is, they upset us as clients to the extend where you have to lose your temper in a public place.......one feel to start to throw chairs around just to wake them up !!!! We could NOT make a scheduled appointment for a Saturday, as they claim not to accept appointments on a Saturday ......but we had to wait an hour in the row, due to scheduled appointments that was made ...............and we were number 2 for the day ! Absolutely disgustingly unprofessionally **** service ! There is no other way to describe this.......and worst of all.......my mother is in a wheel chair, which does not mean we have to get special treatment, not at all......but getting her in and out of a vehicle from point A to B to C to D to E to F becomes tough, after we made sure to ask after the 8th appointment....WHAT ELSE DO WE NEED TO CONCLUDE !!! This makes one bitter to the core !!
