FNB mobile is a ****, I will never recommend it to anyone

I signed a contract with FNB mobile. According to the agreement I was supposed to receive data, sms and unlimted voice minutes. The data always reflected on the balance, however, I could not use it. Everytime, the internet gave me an error message eventhough the data was available. I would phone FNB mobile and the problem would be fixed. Two days later, its the same problem again. This has nothing to do with the setting. FNB mobile is a ****, period! I had enough of this terrible service. I decided to port my number to another network on the 13th of August 2022. This is also not possible because of terrible service. I have been contacting FNB mobile every 3 days since I requested to port my number without any success. I even went as far as contacting FNB complanits department twice without any assistance. My efforts were rendered futile because the complaints department is also useless. What shocked me was when a network that I would like to port my number to requested to port my number on Wednesday, 31 August. I did not receive SMS with a PIN code to approve the port on my phone. I decided to phone FNB mobile and I was told that their system has 4 hours to send a PIN code. Therefore, I should wait. Five minutes before 4 hr period expired, a consultant contacted me and said that she would request her colleagues to approve the port manually. After 4 hrs have expired, I received an SMS informing me that a request to port my number was rejected due to not responding to the OTP within 4hrs. She further mentioned that I should request my potential network provider to resubmit a port. A request for port was resubmitted,as usual I did not receive any OTP. I find the FNB mobile similar to the department of Home Affairs (DHA) in South Africa. The service is very terrible. Everytime I spent time and money on airtime trying to contact the consultants to fix the problem without any success.
