FNB Mobile device / FNB Bank

<p>Me and my wife has a joint account with FNB she bought me a Cat mobile phone from FNB online for my birthday, it was deliverd the next day we where very surpriced , from day 1 whe had problems loading airtime on this phone we contactad FNB connect and after waiting a long time lissning to bad misic on the phone we were helped we told them the problem they explained in detail what needs to be done , we followed the instruction to the letter (i have a small bisness dealing with a few international clients) we were able to make international calls for one day the next day we were not able to make international calls again we contacted FND connect they told us to load airtime after we explained to them it is not allowed by their system, they reset the international calling. the next day this happend aggain no international calling , the above procedure was repeated 5 or 6 times in the course of 60 days everytime the reset the next day no international calling we were sent to the bank several times the same story 1 day all ok the next day no international calling, we now want to port our no back to one of the other service providers again we were sent to the bank twice they cannot do anything they also just phone FNB connect on the 28 /12/2016 we where in the bank we were told my no will be released within 24 hrs 32hrs later we get a call what do we want to do in the meantime i got so frustrated as i cannot phone my clients on the way to the bank i got a flat wheel in the proses of changing this wheel my Cat phone fell out off my pocket without me noticing it when i drove off i drove over it now this is also in pices i have since bought me a phone from Pep Stores but have to use the FNB simm card ( as it has my no 12 years) still cannot make internatinal calls if we ask to speak to a superviser or somebody in charge we get told someone will come buck to us . Peter can you please assist in asking FNB just to release my no so my life can get back to normal so i can take my no to another service provider FNB is holding my no hostage i am loosing money please FNB just release my no ********** 90</p>

My wife has now also emailed FNB complaints dept as this is now cacing friction in our marridge and we are lossing money by the hr and they wont release my no it has been with me for over 12 years changing nos now is not an option please FNB it does you no good holding my no please releas it so we can carry on with our life without FNB

As per above complaint FNB ref ********** up to date and time 13h00 3/1/2017 nothing done by FNB can we again please ask them Release my no i am loosing money every day not being able to phone international , I tried phoning ********** 371 the no they supp**** but after 30 min of bad misick and no answer i gave up
