FNB Mobile App Forex ****

I just transacted $27.32 USD from PayPal using my mobile phone app. I transact in this way at least once a week because I work a freelance online English teacher. After confirming the exchange amount an error screen popped up, then no money in my FNB bank account OR in my PayPal -both reflecting zero. This is theft. I expect my money back TODAY, FNB. Sort it out.

First National Bank has done nothing to resolve my issue.
In the previous 12 months I have had to write complaints about FNB on a near monthly basis. Everything from 1. upgrading my account and charging more fees, which I did not agree to, to 2. not issuing me with a card on renewal to 3. absorbing Wallet amounts for up to 24 hours without reflection to 4. a ten times per day recurring bank charges **** to 5. not paying out eBucks rewards until weeks after the date they themselves stipulated.
Trying to phone their customer services line or get help via the app will leave you suicidal, as one of their bank managers who was far too competent to not move on to Capitec agreed.
Only an insane person would recommend FNB.
Indeed the only reason I have to have an account with FNB is because they are the only bank in South Africa that is PayPal enabled, giving them a certain, yet undeserved monopoly on clients.
I am an indigent person with a dependent, not that FNB with its billions of rands could ever relate to me or the average South African, and last night their little banking mishap cost me my salary and therefore bread, milk and electricity for the week. Of course, you'll get no interest out of FNB - you will from Capitec, but not the mighty First National Bank - and yet when it comes to extracting thousands of rands every year in "bank charges" for the esteemed privilege of suffering their defunct banking joke, they never skip a beat, do they?
After processing my meagre $27.32 USD last night, getting an error pop up and then finding neither my money nor historical listing of my transaction anywhere on the FNB app I came here immediately for what anyone would assume should be a fairly prompt response and assistance.
Think again.
Think Capitec.
FNB doesn't care about anyone or anything but itself, and lining its pockets with your hard earned only to be ****** money.

I got less than a paragraph from FNB to say that my transaction is "stuck" on their system, but after four days, no actual money back, and no resolution to my matter. I was informed I would receive feedback, but none of that either. Now, the weekend approaches, and knowing FNB the way I do, they WILL squat on my money - my entire and meagre salary - for as long as they possibly can.
No time frame mentioned, and nobody competent enough to discuss this matter with. Only 'call this number' at great personal expense, that nobody competent ever answers.
Typical.

WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO RETURN THE MONEY YOU STOLE FROM ME, FNB??
