FNB mobile app

FNB Mobile App is giving the option to buy Showmax vouchers. I bought one 6 months ago without any problems. Wanted to buy one a few days ago. Keep on getting an error message which I have forwarded to FNB. After several phone calls, several email follow ups for almost 5 days no luck. Nobody seems to know what the problem is and how to resolve it. Trying to get through to a FNB Branch at our local town, is another problem. I don't know how many times I had to put in my ID number, last 6 digits of my account number as well as I PIN number without any luck.........
