FNB Mobile

This has been the worst service I have ever received at FNB.

I have been waiting for my current cell number to be ported more than 72 hours! after FNB Sold me the product -wich I can cancell at any time - I now need to pay a cancellation fee, plus give one month notice.

I have not been given any reason why the port can not go through. Instead I have been promised 3 times that all will be settled and ready for me to go between the next 24 hours.

Every time it is somebody else's fault and I have to end up phoning my current service provider to allow the port to go through. (Which I have phoned 3 times already, serive provider confirming that the number has been released 13 January already).

FNB's system has been hanging since 10 January 2017, delaying the progress even more. I have sent an email for assistance, where I have received no reply, no comment, no advice. I have asked to be transferred to a manager, where none are apparently available. I have asked for a reference number, also none available.

It is as if they do not want to attend to your problem. The money you might have saved does not compare to the frustration you get when you take out an FNB Mobile contract.

FNB needs some URGENT attention to their mobile service.
