Fnb missing payment

Very disappointed with the service, I transferred money from my fnb account on 23rd of Dec 22 to my capitec account still even today it hasn't reflected, I called fnb to enquire about the money and was told a missing payment has been logged and will get feedback within 48hrs and it was a week ago and I called tue and today again and I spoke to a lady called Nonhlanhla Mkhwa**** and she said she will let me know what the feedback is before end of today but heard nothing from her. It is much of inconvenience as I transferred that money wanting to use it but couldn't as it never came through and why it can't be sorted out I don't understand
